Executives

Steve Gismondi – Founder and Managing Director

With extensive experience across Property Investment, Property Development, Manufacturing, Steel Fabrication, Steel Plate Supplier, Industrial and Architectural Woven Wire Screening and Construction.

Having been involved in most aspects of construction along with a good understanding of various business operational practices has enabled him to converse with, and manage tenant’s requirements effortlessly.

Steve personally enjoys being involved in initial client discussions and designs as well as in formulating solutions with consultants to ensure the highest quality outcome is achieved for prospective tenants.

Rick Gismondi – Acquisitions and Development Manager

Rick Gismondi is responsible for acquisition and feasibility analysis, project funding and development management across a variety of projects at Dome Property Group.

He was formally a licensed valuer at CBRE Valuation and Advisory Services at the Perth office for approximately five years before being approached by Dome Property Group to take on the role as Acquisitions and Development Manager.

During his time at CBRE, Rick specialised in retail valuations including large format retail, service stations, childcare centres, industrial, major regional, sub-regional and neighbourhood shopping centres, providing him with in-depth experience and knowledge of cash flow feasibility analysis across local and national markets.

Rick earned his degree in Property Development and Valuation from Curtin University after completing his studies in 2017. In 2019, Rick obtained Associate Membership and Certified Practicing Valuer status with the Australian Property Institute.
